Day two has ended and we have learned about service and presence.
Becky Rogers is friendly and open. She answers questionsShe told us her story and how she parents. She talked about how she taught her son to play the piano. It was so much fun. One thing she said was, “If I can’t prepare physically for something I make sure I prepare spiritually and have never gone wrong.” She also talked about how she prepared spiritually in her mental studio. Have you ever felt called to help others around the world? There are many families around the world that don't know how to teach their children, how to garden or how to clean a home. These families need your family to help teach them. You can help in many different ways from home, at a center or traveling to their home. Come learn how to get involved and hear Becky's story. As a special guest Heidi brought Moses, a Masai warrior from Kenya with her and we got to ask him about his projects and about his culture and dress. It was a treat. Mary Ann Johnson showed us how to Maximizing Presence in five Minutes or Less. She told us that if we could learn to be Present during the everyday moments of family life, our children will behave better, obey more readily and desire to be with us and please us. Try these:
